Online booking

Book now opens the hotel’s booking page on SyncStays. Guest and payment details entered there are handled through that booking service and its payment provider. Review their privacy information on the booking page. This website does not collect card details.

Your stay enquiry

The enquiry form prepares a summary in your browser. When you choose “Continue to WhatsApp”, your name, dates and stay details are passed to WhatsApp to compose a message to our reservations number. “Open email app” opens your configured email app; “Open Gmail” opens Gmail’s compose screen. Both include your enquiry details and address the message to royalsuitesplus@gmail.com. You must press Send in the chosen app to deliver your message. This website does not create a reservation or store your enquiry in a hotel database. Copying the details places them on your device’s clipboard.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and usage, such as pages viewed, device and browser information, and how visitors reach the website. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information under Google’s Privacy Policy. We record Book now clicks and their position on the page to understand how guests reach the booking engine. A click is not a completed booking. We do not add your enquiry name, budget, message or special requests to analytics events. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

External services

SyncStays, Google Maps, WhatsApp and Gmail may receive information such as your IP address when used. Website fonts are hosted on this website. These services have their own privacy policies. This website does not collect payment details.

Keep sensitive details private

Do not enter identity documents, card details or passwords in the enquiry planner. Use the published hotel contact details to verify payment instructions with reservations.

The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
