Direct bookings and confirmation

A security deposit of 10% of the booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. Share your dates, arrival time, room category and guest details with reservations. Your booking is confirmed when the hotel sends confirmation after the deposit. Book now opens our SyncStays booking page, where you select dates and rooms and follow the displayed payment steps. Keep the booking confirmation issued after completion. The stay-quote form prepares an enquiry; submitting or sharing a quote request does not reserve a room. Contact the hotel directly for booking changes, cancellations and refunds.

Your guaranteed 24-hour stay

Direct bookings include a guaranteed full 24-hour stay. Check in at your agreed arrival time and check out at the same time the following day. Arrive at 8 am and check out at 8 am the next day. For a longer stay, checkout is at the same time on your departure date.

Standard timings are check-in at 12 noon and checkout at 11 am. Direct bookings receive the guaranteed 24-hour stay benefit instead. All arrival, checkout and cancellation times use India Standard Time (IST).

Rates, taxes and meal plans

Starting rates are per room, per night on normal dates, for room-only stays. GST of 5% is extra. Seasonal rates vary. The hotel’s quote states the price for your dates and selected services. Breakfast is not included in the room-only rate. CP (room with breakfast) and MAP (room with breakfast and one main meal) plans are available on request.

Cancellation, no-shows and refunds

Cancel at least 48 hours before your confirmed check-in time for free cancellation. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, the 10% booking deposit is retained. The deadline is measured from the arrival time in your booking confirmation.

For a no-show, all amounts paid are non-refundable. Eligible refunds are processed within 24 hours. Bank or payment-provider credit times can vary. Contact reservations on +91 89496 76729 or royalsuitesplus@gmail.com to request cancellation.

Guests, IDs and occupancy

Every adult must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Unmarried couples and local IDs are not accepted.

Infants are aged 0–5 years. Include children above 5 in your child count and share their ages in the enquiry. Each room category lists its adult and child limits. Room categories list their maximum adults and children. Royal Ten Bedroom includes an extra mattress for the eleventh adult.

Bathrooms and access

Every room has one bathroom. Most rooms outside Royal Deluxe have both Indian-style and Western-style toilets in the same bathroom; some rooms have only one type. Tell reservations your preferred toilet type when booking.

The lift serves all floors. There are two steps at the entrance; the entrance is not step-free. Paid public parking is approximately 300 metres away. Autos can reach the hotel door.

Guest services

Power backup supports lights, fans and the lift. Air conditioners do not run on backup power. Short-term luggage storage is available for 1–2 hours. Laundry is a chargeable extra service. The travel desk arranges local sightseeing; a doctor and Jain food are available on request.
