What to look for
Look for the red sandstone entrance and the intricate gold-plated wooden displays of Swarna Nagari. The museum depicts five major events in Adinath’s life through detailed scenes and models.
The temple and the display areas serve different purposes. Follow the site’s admission instructions for each area and allow time to appreciate the models without rushing.
Plan a morning or early-afternoon visit
The Ministry of Tourism’s Incredible India listing publishes visiting hours of 8:30 am–4:30 pm. Use these hours to plan your outing, with the site’s local notices taking precedence for special arrangements.
For a varied Ajmer outing, our suggestion is to visit Soniji Ki Nasiyan first and continue to Ana Sagar afterwards. Leave time for your group’s pace rather than packing several stops into a short transfer.
During your visit
- Follow the posted entry, footwear and photography instructions.
- Give worshippers space and keep voices low in religious areas.
- Keep children close and protect the displays by following the marked visitor route.
Jain food during your Ajmer stay
Royal Flavours at Hotel Royal Suites Plus serves vegetarian food, with Jain food available on request. Tell the team your dietary requirements when arranging your meal. Lunch is served from 12:30–5 pm and dinner from 6:30–11:30 pm.
You can combine meal requests with your room enquiry. Room-only rates exclude breakfast; CP and MAP meal plans are available on request.
