Direct bookings include a guaranteed full 24-hour stay. Check in at your agreed arrival time and check out at the same time the following day.
A security deposit of 10% of the booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. Cancel at least 48 hours before your confirmed check-in time for free cancellation. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, the 10% booking deposit is retained.

Group quotations are available for bookings of 7 or more rooms. For fewer rooms, use our regular reservation enquiry.
Can the group request different room categories?+
Yes. Tell us the number of rooms required in each category, your adult count and children’s ages. Our team will quote a room combination for your dates.
Are meals included in the group quote?+
Choose room only, CP (breakfast) or MAP (breakfast and one main meal) in your enquiry. Your quotation will specify the selected meal plan and charges. Jain food is available on request.
